Pat Dorsey
Pat is the founder of Dorsey Asset Management. Prior to starting Dorsey Asset, Pat was Director of Research for Sanibel Captiva Trust, an independent trust company serving high net worth clients.
From 2000 to 2011, Pat was Director of Equity Research for Morningstar, where he led the growth of Morningstar’s equity research group from 20 to 90 analysts. Pat was instrumental in the development of Morningstar’s economic moat ratings, as well as the methodology behind Morningstar’s framework for analyzing competitive advantage. Pat is also the author of two books — The Five Rules for Successful Stock Investing and The Little Book that Builds Wealth.
Pat holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in government from Wesleyan University. He generously offers an internship program that several IMG members have participated in.

Amy Falls
Amy Falls is Northwestern's Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, the first woman in the University's history to hold that position. Amy started her career in finance at Morgan Stanley. She served as the CIO of Phillips Academy from 2005 to 2011 and then served as the CIO of Rockefeller University from 2011 to 2021.

Jaimi Goodfriend
Jaimi Goodfriend is the Head of Investment Professional Development and the Director of the Point72 Academy, Point72’s initiative to recruit and train new college graduates as long/short (L/S) equities investment professionals on an accelerated schedule.
Prior to joining Point72, Ms. Goodfriend was an adjunct lecturer at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and DePaul University in Chicago. In 2012, she developed, launched, and was named the Director of the University of Illinois’ Investment Banking Academy. Before teaching collegiately, Ms. Goodfriend was an equity research analyst in the hedge fund industry, most recently at Citadel Investment Group and Balyasny Asset Management. Before joining Balyasny, Ms. Goodfriend worked as an equity research analyst at First Analysis Corporation. She has served as a manager of absolute returns and fixed income at the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation and began her career in Mergers and Acquisitions at Bank of America.
Ms. Goodfriend received her B.A. in Economics from University of Michigan and her M.B.A.from the J. L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

David Stowell
David Stowell is a Clinical Professor of Finance at the Kellogg School of Management. Prior to joining Kellogg, Professor Stowell worked at JP Morgan as Managing Director and head of Midwest Investment Banking. He also previously worked at UBS Investment Bank as Managing Director and Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets, at Goldman Sachs as Vice President for Corporate Finance and at O'Connor Partners as Managing Director for Equity Derivatives. He holds a teaching affiliation with the Kellogg School’s Heizer Center for Private Equity and Venture Capital.
