Overview
IMG recruits at the beginning of every fall and winter quarter. We recruit an analyst class mostly composed of first-year students who demonstrate the capacity to work hard, contribute meaningfully, and most importantly, think critically about investing. Historically, our analyst class size each quarter is around 10 to 15 students. Newly admitted analysts undergo a quarter-long training program while attending weekly IMG pitch meetings. Analysts will be evaluated at the end of their first quarter to determine their formal admission into IMG.
